You've set Fog Start to 95%, which means that the fog will start at view distance (chunks) * 95% -> which in your case means the fog will start 30.5 chunks away from the player.

Set Fog Start to a lower value.

Generally we dont recommend using sodium extra's fog settings w/ fog because it overcomplicates things with Fog.

Setting it lower just makes the fog closer😭

well, nvidium mod kinda disables vanilla fog, the fog appears only when "fog" and "sodium extra" are installed together.
also I figured out that fog distance can be changed to any value in the sodium extra config file. anyway thanks for your mod!
