  • Improve weirdness with only one metadata field displayed.
  • Improve description display above with the metadata section.

Related to #1689 - "Dataverse + Dataset + File Metrics - Downloads, Views, Shares, Citations" - to review the layout of that entire top section of the dataset page.

Related to #1634 - "Dataset Description: Doesn't wrap when there are no spaces".

Related to #1249 - "Dataset textbox fields should be truncated on view dataverse".

(Review Breadcrumbs font-size and alignment with the Contact/Link and Edit action buttons to determine if the spacing in that upper section can also be improved. Create a new ticket for that, if so.)

Moved the dataset Description into the metadata panel above the panel…

Moved the dataset Description into the metadata panel above the panels and gave it a label and tooltip. This both improves the layout of Description, as well as the metadata when there is only one field, because it increases the likelihood of more than one field. Also swapped the order of Keyword and Subject to match that of the dynamic metadata block in the tab.

Fixed the tool tip display. New build needed before testing can happen
