For now at first phase only emulator support will be supported

There are several patches for this

Cerbero:
Compile webdriver as library for Android
wpewebkit: Fix simulated mouse event coordinates

wpe-android:
Import selenium and w3c tests from wpewebkit 2.42.1
Patch imported selenium and w3c runners
Add support scripts to run selenium and w3c tests
