After discovering the virtual compute node and running an ESXi installation with RackHD. It fails while trying to get the kickstarter script.

See the error below.

The same works however with a physical compute node.

@fub2 Hi Bryan. Do you know if this is an issue or I have a bad configuration?

@nucklehead, sorry for late response. After digging into previous issue list, I found out this is one known issue and there is some pieces missing at both infrasim and rackhd side. Here's one conclusion we ever had:
'''
Installed ESXi 5.5 with ISO, after installation was completed, the system couldn't get the IP with DHCP server when using e1000 driver, but if changing the virtual ethernet adapter to vmxnet3 (vmware virtual network adapter), the system could get the ip address with dhcp from onrack server. so this problem should be virtual ethernet adapter related. but if changing to vmxnet3, it brought in another issue. There was no problem for discovery, but when running workflow to install ESXi 5.5, the ipxe couldn't get the kickstart configuration file for ESXi 5.5 installation. Qemu hang at "Trying to load: ....", see following picture:
Unable to render embedded object: File (attachement-name.jpg) not found.

Oh OK @fub2. Thanks for the response. I will focus on using physical nodes then for Esxi installation.
Please keep me updated if anything changes.
