Changes related to data sent to FE with proposal details cause that currently Proposal details are not shown, just blank view is visible without any info.

Lack of Proposal Details view blocks retests of features related to this.

(UPDATE) Currently Info GA are visible. Other eg. this is not visible: Ga

@kickloop you will need to talk to Kostas from the DB-Sync team to negotiate the structure of the data
