[BUG] - JADE looks for mcnp xsdir paths instead of d1s ones during a d1s run

Describe the bug
It appears that JADE is looking to the mcnp xsdir paths instead of the d1s ones during simulations (and possibly also during input generation). A workaround is to set both the MCNP and the d1s paths in the configuration file pointing to the same xsdir.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
for example:

1. do not set xsdir paths for MCNP in the config file
2. try to run d1s benchmarks
3. See error

Expected behavior
The code should only look at d1s xsdir paths during a d1s benchmark generation and run
