Windows build fails CRAN #92

The Windows build hangs on test_worldPlot which implies to me that there is something inconsistent with the gplot2 functions in the Windows environment. Still need to work to identify what exactly is wrong here. Maybe we should just remove the plot function all together from the package and leave it as an exercise to the user with guidance in the vignettes?

I'm definitely open to removing it, and making it a vignette instead. What exactly was the error--could you tell?

Removed worldPlot in commit 4321925 (on dplyr branch).
