Instead of the current Reminder empty state implemented, we should have the new ContentUnavailableView from iOS 17.

Use the "checklist.unchecked" SF Symbol; with Label "Reminders"; description "You have no reminders yet." and for actions a button with title "Add Reminder", which should open the Reminders Form
