Attrition exploration project.

GOAL: Identify the factors in the process before leaving the company. Describing the most common professional profile which leaves the company. |i| SQL Server and Jupyter Notebook used in this project.

HR Clean and queries project.

I used the database I created for my Workforce Analytics master's thesis to practise SQL, which runs this time in MySQL. Goals:

1. Identify blanks, nulls, misspellings, duplicates, and clean the database.
2. Get the data the HR department requires.

Store and inventory movie project.

GOAL: Getting business insight from a store chain through specific queries.
