in theory, the indexer can just use the passkey without a login to make a query
http://www.torrenteros.org/api/rss/PASSKEY?language=en&limit=100&keys=KEYWORDS&torrent_type=all&torrent_hnr=false&isTop=false&isUnique=false
and get back an xml response, so a yml indexer is possible.
However, the site does not support https, so the passkey would be unsecured and visible to anyone monitoring traffic.
I don't think we should create an indexer for this site.
