Create Diagnostic Data Sharing System

Create a system in which users can share diagnostic data to help with diagnosing issues.

Key Features:

Option from home page to share details on the current version
When an error occurs add the option to generate diagnostic data
Option to share the diagnostic data directly to a GitHub issue.

Progress:

Check Function Returns And Error Handling
Improve Error Handling to Add More Details
UI for Displaying Version from Main Page
Create a way to Create Issues on GitHub
UI (from option on home page) to Create a General Issue on GitHub
UI to Share Relevant Data to GitHub for when Errors Occur
