JS bug #5207: /chat - query duplication

typing /chat jajcus five times will open five queries with jajcus, instead of moving to jajcus' query window after four latter commands. ouch! :-)

That is a feature, not bug. ;-)

CJC supports multiple threads, which could be used simultaneously. Though, I agree this is not what most people want and should be configurable, with other defaults.
