Terminal doesn't open

1. WIn+X -> Terminal
2. .bat run
3. Start Menu Run

The terminal does not run or is forced to close due to such methods.

If run the terminal through the MS Store, it will turn on, but if you run a .bat file that automatically opens and closes the terminal directly through commands, it will also be forced to close.

I think the terminal is disabled due to some setting or service in Windows. Can you tell me how to fix it?
Other than this, it seems to be much better than Atlas OS and ReviOS.
