I would like to upload a book (pdf maybe) then chat with the AI about the content. Let's say, upload a pdf file with the Brazilian constitution then ask questions about the content, receive inputs, automatic searches. |
Hiii thanks for the suggestion I forgot to answer you, sorry. PDF reading is now available on the latest version! It just extracts all the text from the pdf to a plain text, whilst it isn't ideal it is a way to get the model to read a pdf |

While only a small change, I would like to have an indicator in the model overview list that easily shows how large each (stored) model is. This may provide for two use cases:
I know that one can more or less easily look this up themselves, or see this in the doenload menu, but I think integrating this into the client would make the user's life easier. |
Maybe a web extension for broswer. Alpaca have the option to run in background, so why not a broswer extension that connect to the background Alpaca. That should provide a Copilot-like integration i think. Just a chromium one to reach far and wide would be sufficient. |
First of all, fantastic app and I think you for creating it. If possible, I would like some way to adjust the font size. It's a bit small for me to read easily. Perhaps there is a way to increase the size that I'm not seeing. If so, please let me know how. Thanks! |
Hi, thanks for the suggestion, unfortunately there isn't an easy way for me to change the font size, but, if you need bigger fonts in general you can go to your settings app > Accessibility > Seeing > Large Text If you need more control over the specific font size in apps you can check out the app Gnome Tweaks. This is assuming you are using Gnome, if you are using a different desktop there's probably a different way of doing this. If you need more help please comment on this discussion #96 |
Hi I made this discussion thing, please leave ideas there, thanks <3
