During the summer 2022 I overhauled the searching/segmenting functionality. One of the objective was to allow developers to specify their own queries as a string to unlock more advanced scenarios that StrongGrid doesn't support. This was the result of a suggestion by @NEMA-IT. This improvement was released in September 2022.

In the course of investigating an unrelated issue brought up by @wayneswyfft, it dawned on me that the same improvement could be applied to EmailActivities.
