开发者的电脑或者设备一般都是配置比较高的。有时候可能没法体会弱网和低配置用户的使用体验。在我们想测一下我们的站点在各个不同配置的设备上的表现时，我们应该怎么办呢？当然我们找一些不同配置的机器来测试。或者是安装限制网速的工具来测弱网环境。这些方法都是复杂而且不太容易对比不同配置的机器运行站点的实际情况。

怎么办？chrome浏览器给我们提供了这样的工具。直接能配置网络和cpu
