What is the issue?

Context menu not working under Box folder after it using Apple's File Provider APIs, however the Toolbar menu still works.
Possible root cause:
Backend file path for box has been changed from "external drive" to "cloud folder (similar to iCloud files)"

How does one reproduce the issue?

After Box mirgrated with new file API, it persists all the time.

Same issue arises also for other cloud storage services that use the new Cloud Storage location, for example, OneDrive.

I have the same issue with OneDrive.
It seems that OneDrive will mask all other right click menu option.
I also have Keka been installed, and Its option disappeared too.

Same issue here, worse these days (since the Desktop/ folder has been classified under iCloud Drive since macOS Sonoma), making the context menu not work on desktop anymore.
