Add all participle forms to verbs

Currently most of the words missing in literature are participles, specifically present active participles. Autogenerate these and add them directly to verb entries, instead of the current configuration which has separate entries for participles (this has always been confusing anyway). Then, modify the EntryCard VerbForms to hold all of these participle forms
