Would require more involved parsing of the coverage report to pick out all method definitions to adjust the coverage stats appropriately.

this sounds like a bug with julia, not Coverage.jl @JeffBezanson

Bump. I have the feeling that the reported coverage percentages are inflated for a lot of packages.

I'm not going to be implementing any clever parsing things myself, although PRs welcome. If you are going to bump, bumping a JuliaLang/julia issue would be best. But I'm guessing it won't make 0.3
