How to add username and password to cookies

Wondering if I could get help with adding a username and password to the seal app.
A website i want to download from has thios error. (replaced the websites name with the term WEBSITE)

ERROR: [WEBSITE] tpv240617njrlg: Your WEBSITE account's details must be provided with --username and --password.. Use --cookies, --cookies-from-browser, --username and --password, --netrc-cmd, or --netrc (WEBSITE) to provide account credentials

I have a login and password to enter. I assumes the login is setup via the custom commands of the app and have tried a few different ways with no luck. Could anyone please assist with this? Thanks in advance,
