The Registration Tree

Kimberly Meechan edited this page Nov 16, 2021 · 1 revision

The registration tree is shown in the left window, and allows arbitrary combinations of affine transforms.

Each registration is a 'node' on the tree containing an individual affine transform. There is always a node called 'XmlTransform' which is the base transform coming from the xml file. These nodes can be built on top of each other e.g. here there are three transforms one after the other from transform_1 to transform_3:

Images can be viewed with the transform from any of these nodes by right clicking on the node and selecting 'Show in Bdv'. These can be hidden again by selecting 'Hide from Bdv'.

Chains of transforms can also fork in any way e.g. here an alternate set of transforms are available after transform_1 (transform_A and transform_B). In this way you can easily try different combinations of transforms and compare their results in BigDataViewer.

Nodes can be added by right clicking on a node and selecting 'Add new transform node' (covered on other wiki pages) and deleted by selecting 'Delete transform node'
