Issue description:
Sizing up over

Versions:

Minecraft: 1.7.10
Forge: the usual
CustomNPC+: 1.9.1

Can it be reproduced with just CustomNPC+? If not, list the other mods required to reproduce the issue.

also overlays speed up and slow down over time
