1.如题，建议增加跨部门分享文件的权限，因为不是所有文件都是公共文件，可能存在临时为其他部门人员开放文件查看下载的情况，这种情况可以为每个人专门创建1个文件夹用于展示跨部门共享的文件夹或文件。
2.另外密码存储如果是加密的就好了，只有管理员重置时是解密的。
