Leviathan Prison Block - Sith soldiers can attack with fists

Seems like this might be more prominent on a reload. I didn't notice it when playing through from before being captured, but on loading a save at the start of the break out mission, all the Sith I encountered were unarmed and attacked with their fists. One or two eventually equipped a sword. It seems to me like guards in a prison block should probably have pre-equipped blasters.

Edit: Seems like it was three technicians that were specifically at fault. I didn't seem them the first time because I repaired a droid and it killed them. They have both pistols and swords in their inventory, but spawn unequipped.
