Rune Notation Converter Bot For Discord

I am aware the code is awful, I'm not too experienced with most coding, however it's functional. Feel free to fork etc.

A Discord Bot Token

USAGE

!rune <champ name> <runes>

You want the runes formatted like p1232 i023 or something like that. Example:

!rune ashe p3231 s031
