Describe the specific change you would like:
Borders of GEA in Malaya (giving southern Kedah to fill space between Penang and Perak) and Indochina (West bank of Mekong with Phnom Penh)

Explain the reasoning behind this actionable change:

  1. Making borders looking better
  2. Improve defensibility in northern Malaya and (in case of West Cambodia) economic capability and number of manpower of GEA

I'm afraid that "better aesthetically looking border" isn't a valid reason IMO.

The southern one correspondence to the Northern Malay sultanate borders, in which it makes no sense that the local leaders will willingly cede their territory just for that reason in the present lore - though all of the northern Unfederated Malay States will be going to GEA anyway in the future.

The same goes for the Cambodian side of things in which Siam assumes the position as "the sole hegemon" over Cambodian affairs post-Weltkrieg and established its present border with GEA in 1921, with the whole left bank of Mekong handed over to the Germans (will hopefully be expanded upon in detail in future reworks, no ETA yet).
