Karelian occupation event, Imperial/German research, Ukraine event occupation

So a few things I noticed with my Commune of France game:

• Ukraine occupation event seems to be broken. The liberation event does not actually liberate Ukraine. I suspect the reason is behind the civil war. As in my game the Ukrainian civil war happened, the Syndicalist Ukraine became the "d01" tag, the ones that form due to civil wars. Seems like something breaks along the way with those two tags.

• There's no Karelian event. Gameplay wise, it should be a thing, since any power that defeats Greater Finland has to deal with that "extra" land that Finland got - and you can't give it to Finland back. The only way to give the land to someone is to defeat Russia and liberate puppeted Russia(and alongside that Karelian land). And you usually wouldn't be fighting Finland and Russia both in the same war, which means that land will stay in your hands for some time.

• Both Imperial research and German research seems to be quite bugged. I was given the event about joining the Imperial Research after I puppeted Canada (I didn't get the bonuses of it though). I shouldn't be in any of them, I'm sure.

Also German Socialist Republic doesn't spawn as a puppet, not sure, if intentional.

After defeating Finland that had all of Karelia, I only got to deal with the Finland proper.

Karelia will now be released with Finland in Finland's annexation event unless you hold Moscow (or are Russia during the RCW or whatever)

I tested the Ukrainian event several times, and it seems to be working correctly. Please reopen if it appears again.
