NFA - Napoleon incorrectly named

Explanation of the issue:
I noticed a small typo with National France's Leader, Napoleon. Instead of the VI it says the IV. Napoleon IV and Napoleon VI were two different people, IV died in 1879 while VI died in 1997.

This is something that has been brought up in the past. It's a bit of lore in game that he is styled IV and not VI specifically. This is intentional.
