Best settings to extend valve life?

Hi, I noticed this is generating a LOT of updates to my valves.

What settings is everyone using - is there a setting that might significantly reduce the frequency of updates to the valves esp. when temperature on the valve is dropping but the room is warm enough for example.

I see some fields that might be undocumented at the moment (tolerance?) should I use those.

What I have learned so far:

• If you use target temperature mode but don't enable the child lock feature, you might find BT changing its own set point sometimes. (And there we were blaming one another for fat fingers on mobile phones...).

• Use offset mode if you can, the number of updates will be drastically fewer.

• With more than one valve on the same BT instance, the second valve seems to use offset mode even if you select target temp mode (v1.4.0)

When I have perfected the way we are triggering boiler demand (MHCOZY dry contact relay box) I will share that.
