A newly-enhanced xml-consistency script identified these issues:

Messages for XrPerfSettingsNotificationLevelEXT

Error: registry/xr.xml:1256: Got an enum value whose name does not match the pattern: got XR_PERF_SETTINGS_NOTIF_LEVEL_WARNING_EXT but expected something that started with XR_PERF_SETTINGS_NOTIFICATION_LEVEL due to typename being XrPerfSettingsNotificationLevelEXT

An issue (number 1317) has been filed to correspond to this issue in the internal Khronos GitLab.
