The assembly and file version of ModernWpf.dll are 1.0.0.0 in package version 0.9.2 and 0.9.3. Suggest setting the assembly and file versions to the package version. This is already happening for ModernWpf.Controls.dll.

This will help users troubleshoot dependency issues using the Modules window.
