The redis backend should be transaction aware.

Right now some feature like the kinto-signer or kinto-quotas are not available with this backend because the fact that the listener raise an error doesn't rollback the actions that were already applied on the backend.

The plan is to be able to have a transaction mecanism that will be able to abort changes that were not allowed.
