Python wrapping for VTK extension classes

VTK's python wrapper generator should be used to wrap vtkModelMultiBlockSource (and other classes, too) so that it can be used to create VTK pipelines from within Python. This will allow better testing of SMTK modeling operations from Python, as well as simple applications.
