There ought to be a quick-start guide for developers in the /docs folder. This guide should explain to developers how to:

  1. Start the vocabulary API service from a Bash terminal
  2. Debug the code
  3. Run and debug unit tests
  4. Containerize the application
  5. Access its Swagger endpoint.
