TuYa Led controller - how get data_point from device ?

In Instruction How to support new Tuya devices
Before step 3
Some operations need to be triggered on the device:
Once finished, restart Zigbee2MQTT and trigger some actions on the device.

But how can i do this if no any buttos etc. on device, except for the join button .....

And, I think for this reason, the fz.tuya_data_point_dump does not work.

Simple solution - just power off/on device after Joined to ZB network
