The word "كُمَّثْرَى", for instance, returns "َىْﺮﺜﱠﻤُﻛ" when reversed. Notice how the tashkeels show up on the wrong letters.

Yep, it looks like this when reversed.

I have just updated the fix, to resolve this issue.
I would like to apologize for everyone, as I am the one to be blamed introducing the buggy CombinedTashkeel function to the plugin.

There is one I found,, it is for a very special case.

Shada with Tanween,
I found the Unicode of two cases of the three
Tanween Fateh with Shada is the missing one.

Will update the function with the new ( Shada with Tanween ) soon
