Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Setting environment variables could be easier and faster, especially if you modify them very frequently based on responses. Especially useful for trying to quickly fix production issues. Sometimes you want to modify variables outside of Request Chaining and this would allow you to do it quickly and easily.

Describe the solution you'd like

Postman has the ability to right click and then set environment variables based on what was selected. This is an ideal solution as sometimes you want to change variables outside of Request Chaining. This is especially useful for quick debugging and speed.

Describe alternatives you've considered

There isn't really any, open to ideas, but alternatives lose simplicity, ease of use, and quickness.
