Allow Non-Default RBAC-AUTH-Header Usage cli.conf.yaml

Say I change the rbac_auth_header to a non-default value of "Kong-Admin-Token" https://docs.konghq.com/gateway/latest/reference/configuration/#rbac_auth_header

I want to be able to provide a custom value and then use that for the authentication when configuring the portal-cli's cli.conf.yaml value for the token. It appears to be hardcoded as is.

Default:
kong-admin-token: kongpass

Allow:
custom-token-header: secret-token
