More robust Trilinos find. Until now current implementation could give false positive and compile as it was actually working. It is also simpler.
Doesn't affect standard TrilinosApplication compilation, it only affects when using
FIND_PACKAGE(Trilinos), which is used in some specific configurations, like Spack compilation.馃啎 Changelog
