Use and evaluate Node.js/Javascript SDK as part of one of the Azure BOT tutorials. Determine overall ease of use and supportability within Azure Ecosystem.

Created several examples successfully, but had initial issues with continuous deployment, use of BOT Emulator, and local development publish. Going to start over from scratch in a personal forked repo.
