Add Feature to Accept Written Commands in JARVIS

Currently, JARVIS (a virtual assistant) accepts voice commands via speech recognition. To enhance usability and accessibility, we need to add the functionality to accept written commands as well. Users should be able to type their commands into an input field and have JARVIS process these commands in the same way it handles spoken commands.
