All Blue

The All Blue is a special end-game area that is created once at least one Compass to the All Blue has been created.

The All Blue area does not exist until at least one Compass to the All Blue has been made.

Upon the crafting of the Compass to the All Blue, the compass is bound to a lodestone in that area and every other player in the overworld gets a special message alerting them that the zone has been created.

Area Modifiers

  • Fish caught in the All Blue are 10% larger
  • Every fish in the game can be caught here, no matter the biome/weather/time.
  • Everytime a fish is caught, there is a configurable chance that an ocean based mob(s) will spawn and attack the player.

Configuration

The All Blue has six different configuration values located within the config.yml file.

For a quick reference, the relevant config lines are listed below

Enable All Blue: true

Used to enable/disable the endgame fishing area

Permanent All Blue: true

If disabled, a zone with limited fish will spawn for each compass crafted

All Blue Fish: 2000

The amount of fish available in the Endgame Zone. Does nothing if Permanent All Blue is set to true.

Endgame Radius: 32

The size of the endgame zone. Larger sizes may make it more difficult to find an appropriate location

Endgame Area: Ocean

The area for the endgame zone to generate in

Endgame Mob Chance: 2

The chance of fishing up monsters in the endgame zone
