idea behind it very simple:

i want to remove myself from newsletter template generation.
so we'll create a page, that will be used by content creators that will contain like big textarea from left side and our markdown preview from the right side
i can show an example - more details upon request

on this page we'll have 2 components: 1 is textarea for markdown, 2nd is a "preview" that will show our thematic newsletter in real-time
