Bump to v0.10.0
Added command: /bp vanillaview [true/false] (defaults to false)
Added perm: betterportals.vanillaview (everyone)
Give ever player an individual file at BetterPortals/data/playerView, created wten a player does /bp vanillaview
Limitation: the effect of /bp vanillaview but the updated view only takes effect on player relog, or dimension change.
TODO: fix the limitation for changes to work immediately.
