Remove x messages from a channel (;prune <number>)
Remove messages from a specific user (user(s)=<mention (list)>)
Remove messages except from a specific user (exclude=<mention list>)

More generally, probably make a moderation module that includes other features like muting, kicking, banning, and warning.
