Trust, for the purposes of revealing data inside a foreign node (one that is not owned by you), is determined by your present reputation and that of your immediate PEERS.

Peers are those physical computers you're using to jack into the network and get access to all of the data of CYBERSPACE. If your peers are low-quality, then your computed trust is low.
