2 Feature Requests: Title Additions and Mod Folders within App

Hello!

1. I just wanted to ask if it would be possible to allow us to use - ~ : and such orthography signs in Mod Titles.
   As you can see, I wanted to rename this mod to HUD - Darkin, but unfortunately, I couldn't write - in the title.

2. I would like if we could have a Folder System in the app like for example, Wallpaper Engine (Reference Picture Below), where we could put certain mods into folders and we could just open inside the folder and pick the desired mods from there.
   It would help me pick the desired mods faster without any clutter or stress !

2. this would require usage of tag system and major UI changes. cslol-manager is in low maintenance mode so this change is not going to happen. hopefully runeforge installer will have nicer UI and better mod tagging system (with new mod format).
