Can I clarify what tag this adds. Is it always the community name? Can this be adjusted by the mods? |

Just the community name atm, so it should work well with hashtags. The community title is also a possibility, but that allows spaces and other protected chars. |

If it's possible to expose a simple string where the mod could enter a csv of tags to use, it would be better as some community names don't always match what they're about (classic example being the old /r/trees). I can open a new issue for tag-related enhancements if you prefer as I have more ideas. |

When making a post in
/c/lemmy, automatically add the hashtag#lemmy. This has no effect for Lemmy but can be used for better discovery by Mastodon etc. Im not entirely sure this is a good idea, but its easy to add and can be reverted if necessary.Here you can see it working:
