No local photos

📝 Description of issue:

Local photos does not appear on the photos tab

🔁 How can we reproduce it:

First time launch
grant storage permission
Local photos does not show only server photos

Or on amdroid settings
Apps
Librephotos-mobile
Permissions
Grant photos and videos permission
Local photos does not show only server photos

Please provide additional information:

• 💻 Operating system:

Android 13 with a rooted custom rom with gsmcompat (snadboxed google play services) and unlocked bootloader (if it matters),

Android 12 (stock MIUI),

Android 11 unrooted custom rom (lineageOS) with unlocked bootloader

All 3 devices can not display local photos

I also don't see any local pictures, permission granted though :/

Same problem - the app can't discover any photos locally on the phone.

Galaxy S22 Ultra, Android 13, OneUI 5.1
