After Today's Robo Recall update, I spawn into the game with my head popping up through the elevator ceiling. This stays the same after teleporting around the office. I switched the camera settings to the new 3 camera setup option before playing, if that helps at all.

Same thing happening to me. I was excited to finally play with decent teleportation :(

Use RoboRevive

does this still give you the full experience as a mod?

Can confirm. It only happens when the new 360 mode is active and it doesn't matter whether you load a saved game or start a new one.

In the menu everything looks alright but once you've started a game the floor height stays wrong when you return to the title.

I'm not sure what's different about the mod included in the RoboRevive package but it just adds in the native Epic SteamVR support for the game engine. So it runs natively through SteamVR. Works great. I think you have to run the executable outside steam though.

You play the game as normal. The campaign works as normal.

RoboRevive mod's performance is vastly superior, and doesn't suffer from the height bug, but the angle of the guns/controllers is uncomfortably off, and for the life of me, I can't figure out how to access the game's menu. None of the vive controller buttons open it, so in order to leave the game, or change settings, I have to take off my headset and close out of the game. It's disheartening. Of course, the oculus dropped 200 bucks the day after I bought my Vive, lol. Tiny TINY bit of buyers remorse when it comes to the Vive and this glorious game.

In order to open the game menu I open the steam menu

@AzraelXS The issues you describe are due to RoboRevive being a proof-of-concept. Those issues are quite easily fixed, but I haven't taken the time to look at it yet and so far there haven't been any UE4 modders interested in working on it.

I didn't install the editor. I'm able to open the steam overlay while in Robo Recall via RoboRevive. The game apparently is informed that the menu is open so the game pauses and opens it's menu.

another workaround is to use vive Advanced Settings to adjust your playspace coordinates while in the menu, then adjust it back once in game.

Same thing just happened to me. I don't use robo revive would it help if I did.

If you bring up the Steam VR overlay it will pause the game and open the menu

Been busy with work, but I wanted to chime in and say @9000cats suggestion to use RoboRevive fixed the issue for me. Height is back to normal now, and the only difference is that I run the game from a desktop shortcut instead of Revive.

@AzraelXS It'll be fixed soon, no need for awkward workarounds. Please be patient.

@AzraelXS I was specifically referring to the RoboRevive issues. It's unlikely I will fix this Robo Recall issue with Revive soon, since RoboRevive is superior.

Would fixing the hand angle with roborevive and mapping the ingame manu button be hard to do whenever you get a chance? Other lodgers have not taken any interest it seems :/

Not hard at all, I just didn't have the time to get back to it yet.

@Armada651 Thanks for your time :) No height issue with RoboRevive!
Just waiting for the hand angle correction update :)

@Armada651 Should we be using revive or Robo revive for Robo recall?

@Vivatokyo Latest release (version 1.0) fixes the gun angles.

@r00tuzr Definitely RoboRevive, native support is better than compatibility layers.

I am on last beta of revive. This bug still hits when starting a mission with 360 tracking
